The DRESS EA Project is funded by the Adaptation Fund (AF) and it is executed in four countries which are Djibouti, Kenya, Sudan, and Uganda. The regional implementing entity is the Sahara and Sahel Observatory (OSS), and the regional executing entity is the Global Water Partnership Eastern Africa (GWPEA) .<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Sudan Project Coordinator<\/strong> for the DRESS EA Project wishes to issue a public tender for purchasing vehicles for the DRESS EA Project. Bid NO: (DRESS-EA SUDAN\/PP2023\/3) as mentioned below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The tender is open to all qualified and capable firms, contractors, and companies working in related nature of work.
Interested bidders are requested to collect the bid documents from the Hydraulic Research Center office located at Wad-Medani, Nile Street during working days between 9:00 am \u2013 3:00 pm, after presenting their identity card.
The applicant must submit the following documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1- Company registration certificate (\u0634\u0647\u0627\u062f\u0629 \u062a\u0633\u062c\u064a\u0644 \u0627\u0644\u0634\u0631\u0643\u0629) + Establishment contract (\u0639\u0642\u062f \u062a\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0633) + file completion certificate from the Commercial Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice(\u0634\u0647\u0627\u062f\u0629 \u0625\u0643\u0645\u0627\u0644 \u0645\u0644\u0641 \u0645\u0646 \u0648\u0632\u0627\u0631\u0629 \u0627\u0644\u0639\u062f\u0644) + a list of the names of the authorized managers, a true copy of the depositor in the register \n2- A business name registration certificate + extract according to the text of Article 14 of the Business names registration Act of 1931\n3- Certificate of clearance from taxes.\n4- Certificate of discharge of zakat.\n5- Value Added Tax Certificate.\n6- Legal stamp certificate.\n7- Financial and technical ability\n8- Unified tax identification number.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 The bidder pays initial insurance of 2% of the value of the offer, provided by certified cheque or an unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee letter, valid throughout the validity period of the bid for a period of 30 days, and payable upon request in the name of the project account, provided to the project financial manager.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 The winning bidder must sign the contract within 7 days from the date of notifying him in writing of accepting his offer and complete the insurance up to 10% of the value of the contract, valid throughout the grantee period, either by certified cheque or an unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee letter that must be paid upon request in the name of the project account. The initial insurance (2%) of the bid value will be returned to the non-winning bidders.  <\/pre>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 If the winning bidder fails to pay the insurance value of 10% of the contract value or to sign the contract within the specified period, he will lose his right to recover the initial bid security (2%) of the bid value. The project coordinator may accept the next bid or takes any suitable action.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 The bid documents shall be received in three copies (original + two copies)<\/strong> inside sealed envelopes with red wax, on which is written:     <\/pre>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 The bid box is opened immediately on the same date after 12:00pm (Sunday 26th<\/sup> of February 2023) after the end of the deadline for submitting the bids in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n
