The DRESS-EA project has four components that include Promotion of investments in Early Warning Systems (EWS) and improvement of the existing systems, Capacity building of key stakeholders at regional, national and community levels, support to innovative drought and climate change adaptation actions and Knowledge management and information sharing. The four components supplement each other in trying to address climate change and drought related challenges in the IGAD region.
