Signing contracts with consultants is a crucial step to ensure clarity of responsibilities and protect the rights of all parties. The contract was signed with the Director of the Hydraulic Research Center and the two consultants for executing activities in the DRESS EA project. These activities include the Development of an Emergency Plan for Drought Management (1.1.4.1 – 1.1.4.2b – 2.1.1.1) and the Assessment of surface water and groundwater (3.1.1.1 and 3.1.2.1).
